Actually, its Kate Winslet and Melanie Lynskey who beat the hell out of Pauline’s (Lynskey) mom in the middle of nowhere in Heavently Creatures. Blunt isn’t in the cast, unless she is a very, very minor character or extra. They certainly did listen to very bad retro opera though.
Blunt was in “My Summer of Love” which actually did remind me of Heavenly Creatures when I watched it.
