Yes because yesterday I found pink Marc Jacobs shoes, $150, not my size, and I was heartbroken (and also, because they are cute).

  2. Shelley says:

Don’t do it! They may seem affordable but in a year, they’ll be buried at the back of your closet.

  3. ihatepurplesuede says:

    no

  4. miller says:

  5. DwntwnGirl says:

  6. Wendy says:

No! These don’t seem like they’d be wearable that long.

  7. JA says:

Yes. But, they have been around for over a year, so it is true that you may tire of them sooner rather than later.

  8. zeynep says:

i’m divided. super cute and with jeans awesome….but will you get more than 3 wears out of them?

  9. Jen says:

no longevity. not a good investment. no.
also, how many outfits do you have for purple suede boots?

  10. hilary says:

    in that color, oh yes.

i have purple suede peep toe kitten heeled sandals that people always ask me about when i wear them. of course they aren’t mj’s but they are sassy. i say if you have the cash for it then go for it. if not then put it on the backburner till you do. personally i like them but then again i’m totally biased as i have purple suede sandals and i heart mj.

  12. Casey says:

I say yes! (If, of course, you’ll still have moeny for rent.)

  13. lulu says:

    no heinous!

  14. jette black says:

    god no, they are disgusting!

  15. ANNINA says:

No to that colour, what will you do when purple is not the “in” colour anymore hey? That’s 400 out the window.

  16. Casey says:

well. are you gonna get them?

  17. Mommy Dearest says:

Suede? Rain? Winter in New York?

    An unqualified ‘no’.

  18. Fauchon Junkie says:

I totally heart MJ AND I own 2 pairs of purple boots.

    That said: No.

Beautiful boots, but considering they are suede, they will really end up costing more the $400 in the end with cleaning and repair.

Unless you have Mortimer money. Then $400 is more like $40 and then it would be worth it.

I would break down around $100. They look comfy too.

  19. atom says:

i bought a pair of suede MJ boots in october and i wear them more than any other of my shoes. they still look great; i just don’t wear them when it’s wet out duh

One thing and one thing only: BABE THE BLUE (PURPLE OX). NO
LOOKS LIKE COW HOOVES, unless of course Bovine is in, then Yes.
